Agreed, very nice work, and a good promo/tribute to the imminent arrival of DtB 2 (can't wait!!!). But then, I'm a fan of your style in general, Shinta. You make me want to break out photoshop again myself, to change my own current set.
While there is the fact that DTB2 is coming out soon, the main reason I used Hei for Buff's sig is because I simply cannot imagine any other character to replace him with. It seems that in my head, Buff actually looks like Hei or something. I guess that is the effect of keeping a sig for very long, something I probably won't experience considering my propensity to change sigs and avatars regularly.

I kinda want to go and make new sigs... I'll probably won't ever get as good as you or Lucifus. And they'll probably suck. But its kinda fulfilling doing a sig yourself.

Just a couple things:
- The background of the sig feels somewhat empty, could you add a couple more effects?
- The avatar has a neat little free space for an AA, and it would be cool if it had the same background that the sig does with black text too

I need to call in a quick favor. Would someone be nice enough to edit my current sig a tiny bit for me? Im stuck without photoshop until I get back from helping my mom out while she gets her treatment.
I just want the black around his eyes to be what its supposed to be, a red. Im guessing just a simple red brushing would do the trick?

Well, I tried... but the best way I could figure to go about doing it was to use the pen tool to select the black area, then replace the colour with a reddish-orange... but that looked choppy and I couldn't get it to blend right.
Personally though, I much prefer your current version. The black makes it stick out more.
However if you have an idea as to how I can go about fixing it, I'll take another shot. If not, I'll just leave it to Luci or Shinta to pick up.

I can't really come up with a decent background for this, so I'm throwing it out there to see what comes back. I like negative space, but I'm at a loss with what to do with this much.
I've got the colors and levels on Kagura (from the Ga-Rei manga) the way I would like them for a final product, so please don't mess around with them too much. I'm not a big fan of text either, so don't go overboard.

Gonna see what I can do. Probably won't be anything as good as Luci or shinta could cook up, so by all means, if they want to take a crack at it as well...
Also, @Kage... I was browsing through my renders earlier this week and I found a sage mode Naruto that I believe is the exact same image as yours, but it has the correct sage eyes, if you want me to send it to you so you can fix your sig when you get a chance.

Yeah thatd be great AL, good lookin out. Really hope I get the urge to photoshop again once Im back in front of myyy computer.
I added a bit of text in the corner, a reference to Kagura's favorite brand.
I'm typically against text, but it adds some balance to the image across the diagonal.
Thoughts?
