oh my lord. how do i find out how many pixels my image is and then how do i resize it to 60x60?

well im not sure if you can edit very well in paint but if you right click on an image and press PROPERTIES on the menu it should tell you the dimensions

You could try dl'ing and learning photoshop yourself too... it's quite a bit of fun.

I would too, animeniac, but I'm not realy a fan of those characters, hwerever they are from....hence lack of inspiration or motivation! if it was a naruto-based sig, then for sure!

hmm, pot sigs, those does rarely turn out good for me, i dont really like working with pot screens either even tho its from a teni puri.... but just as someone said you could download it and try for yourself its alot of fun.
