Sig/Banner Requests!

So...can anyone help me get my sig up? I uploaded it to image dump and copyed the url that leads straight to the sig with nothing else on the page. I then put it in <*img src="http://www.imagedump.com/pics/186041.jpg">. Without the * of course and yes, there is a space between img and src. Every time I click Update profile, it changes it to a [L] thing or whatever and it's really starting to piss me off. If anyone could put exactly what I should type in the sig box in a post, with an * to break the code, that'd be great. I'm such a n00b. :/

Just use the regular "[img]" tags. The signature picture thing was fixed a long time ago.
