yeah the 3rd coffin is the 4th hokage cause it had 4 written on it.
But i doubt the 3rd is gonna summomn the 4th as the technique is forbidden i think

the 3rd hokage doesnt want others to get hurt so the barrier protects them at the same time. he would rather risk himself then others.

Just a fast question... Why are 1st and 2nd hokage forced to fight against sarutobi.... they were saying "so this kid summoned us, so i guess we have to fight you, blablabla" why? is that a part of the seal that the ones you summoned obey your command?
What I want to know is why Hokage was so slow in stopping the summonings!
Orochimaru: Ok, lets summon the dead.
Hokage: hmm, he knows this technique, let me pick my nose while he summons 2.
Orochimaru: 1! 2!
Hokage: Uh oh, I better stop the 3rd.
Orochimaru: 3!
Hokage: *counter summon*

i was wondering about the same thing!! when naruto summoned gamabunta, he didnt listen to naruto for crap!! but since the hokage's are like "zombies" i guess they have no choice?
they arent forced to fight, i think its just showing their respect to oro because he was learned how to summon them.. i think its really just that

Well, by the time that he was aware of the summonings I guess it was to late to stop the first two... and the third one that is the 4th hokage is probably the strongest of all of them so his priority was to stop that one
the 3rd doesn't break out because, as mentioned, it can only be broken from the inside.. and the 4 made a 2nd layer of shields between them and the 3rd -- which also can only be broken from the inside; the 3rd is on the outside so he can't break them
basically i guess he has to be able to directly attack the people who made the shields to break them. and when they're enclosed on both sides in the shield i guess it can't be broken
well giving the 3rd the respectg he deserves he can probably break it, but it wont be easy and its not like he can take his eyes off oro at the moment, so i guess he's stuck fighting them
the reason the 4th didn't surface was a different one in the manga and made more sense.. i'm not sure why they changed it. not sure if they'll explain why only teh 4th didn't show up in the anime or not.. i guess we'll have to wait and see =p
I think that Orochimaru is really smart, because research and develop new jutsus is really smart, he probably came up with that reincarnation spell by himself experimenting with dead bodies, i love his attitude by that part..
im thinking that oro's jutsu forces them to fight against whoever he wants.
ps. SHIKA BETTER KICK SOME ASSS. He said in the preview it's not like himself so what's the opposite of lazy... it's umm..... He's gunna do something >_>
Maybe he could only stop one? So he stopped the strongest. Good set-up episode, I'm really wondering what Shikamaru's got up his sleeve, and what Shino is gonna do. You know it's gonna be good.

OMG the 3rd looked sooooo badass. That hokage summoning move by oro is the biggest wuss move ever. Oro is a freakin' coward for letting others fight for him. and damn he brought the 1st and 2nd! Poor Saru-sama has to bust his ass fighting 2 hokages and a sennin at the same time. No matter how strong a person is, 2 hokages are too much to handle. I bet that Oro was so frightened to fight Sarutobi-sama one on one.

Yeah, it was a good episode, but much didn't really happen. But I loved to see Orochimaru and Sarutobi fight, even I think that was just the beginning of their fight. Hmm, I guess the only bad thing in this episode was that there was a lot of not very intresting stuff. For example the rainbow and Konohamaru + his little friends stuff. After this episode I read the manga a bit again, and I noticed that there weren't any of this extra stuff.
Looking forward of seeing those advanced jutsus, instead of that fireball-jutsu.
I really hope that Orochimaru wins, so they can pic a fifth hokage! so tired of that old man talkin' nonsense..
