Thread: how to route bt thingy?

    i have two system windows xp and 98, and my dl speed is always around 1 when i use xp, but it was like 150 in 98 system...the status light was yellow when i used xp....but these days, even using 98 my speed is like 5 or sumthing..and there is plenty of seeds and peers...plus the status light which used to be green in 98, now it's yellow...and i saw one guy's response about opening the ports or sumthing, and i wanna know more about it..can anyone help?
