mhh it must be a lighning ball and some of the tentacles (or how they r called )
and they must be with transperecy (or how its called XD) backround so i can make it in the hands of sasuke ^^

i know how to do lighting blast effeck but chidori i have no clue how to do it

yeh im guessing youll have to freestyle draw and filter it cause if u cut it from the anime itll end up looking kinda lame. try this, just theory havent tried it, but draw out the lines for the bolt with just plain ole paintbrush, then liquify it and make it look more lightningy. then add a few filters to make it look better, then add an outer glow to the layer or something. Other than that i cant think of another way to draw lightning.
