No its not hard to have fun... but do you got heron city? or GamerManiac?.. mass discos?.. many cinemas? many clubs? lajv föreningar? anime föreningar?.. im sure you have some of theese things.. but not super many.. but here we got tons of it .

Swedish is one of the hardest language to learn in the world. Sweden has the hardest grammar (except for germans) in the world, which makes it difficult to fully learn Swedish... The only person i know from another contry who fully mastered Swedish was Cornelius Wresvik (bad spelling, my bad). He was dutch, but he could speak swedish better than most swedes can, and that my friends is a fact.

Edir: Oh, i seemed like someone was offended when i talked about America, so let me point out that i don&#39;t have anything against the people in the contry in general, it&#39;s just that you guys have the most abominable man in the world as president. And the fact that oil has control of the contry and nothing else.

in fact german is not that hard of a language. swedish is harder for example. for some reason germans got rules for almost all things in their language.

Yes, sadly, some people here still talk swedish, and that is why we have to learn it in school ... Dont get me wrong, I dont hate swedish people or anything (I even got relatives there) but your lanquage is just so hard to learn ^^ ...

lol ok, its harder to learn finnish than swedish you got a wierd language.... but i geuss swedish is kinda stupid... some things doesnt even got rules we just add certain letters to words when talking imperfect (or what ever you call it in english) because the dude that came up with swedish said it would be like that.... normal languages almost got rules for every word and prounonsiation(spelling)

I think when the lnaguages were formed, people didn&#39;t think about the rules much. The irritating people who are responsible for the language rules made them up. It&#39;s like they studied the vocabulary and sentences and then created rules for them. And without lives. (That&#39;s interesting. where can i download it?) And there are rules because about every language has verbs or pronouns or something. (I don&#39;t even understand what I&#39;m typing right now ) Without any kind of logic or patterns in languages there wouldn&#39;t be rules. And then no one could learn other languages.

But our THE GREATEST LANGUAGE IN THE WORLD really tops them all (well maybe not chinese or japanese or such) And as said Swedish is much harder to learn than English or Germany. I don&#39;t know where it comes from. Maybe because I&#39;ve been studying english for about 7 or 8 years now. Sometimes I think I&#39;m better at english than in finnish. It&#39;s true that our language&#39;s rules are TOTALLY FU*KED UP. Even I don&#39;t know our rules . I just speak and write. It&#39;s like intutition. I don&#39;t think many americans know their rules.

It would seem that there is one common thing in us finns. One thing that unites us. Our LAZYNESS for doing something we don&#39;t HAVE to do.

Yes, I know that finnish is one of the most hardest lanquages in the world (I doupt many finnish people know all the rules in our lanquage)... And the thing that makes swedish a hard lanquage is that (just like you said) it does not have rules for many things and you just have to learn them inside out... Also I have difficulties pronouncing swedish correctly, but thats mainly because I have grown acustomed to english pronouncing and swedish is pronounced more like finnish.
