i also have ps7 but can someone give me a tutorial how to make that corners? i really dont know how to make it

You make it using the vector tool. It's the little one that looks like a filled-in rectangle.

Then you select the points on the corner of the rectangle and move them to adjust the shape.

Options to change the fill and stroke colors are on the Layers palette.

This image may also have been done in Illustrator for the vector shapes, and something like ImageReady would have been needed for the animated portion, as Photoshop alone won't do animated .gifs.

Seriously, though, if you want to gain enough photoshop skills to be able to make the program do whatever you want, going through tutorials is the best way to do it. Your choice.
