We get our Raws for the New series from the Japanese.
I read that from 4/04 all HDTV signals will be protected to stop Illegal Recording.
if no one can hack the protected HDTV signal we will have no more fansubs from the new series that are been broadcast on HDTV.
I found a site (in Japanese) that is trying to crack the protected HDTV Signal.

So you download a little program to help crack the new HDTV signal.
If well all help we can Crack the code..(or so they say)

I'm going to assume well this topic is full of ifiots.

First off this is ILLEGAL to hack a cable company. Second this refers to ILLEGAL recording as long as whoever gets the raw pays for there cable TV they can definatly still put in a tape and record what they want its the guys not paying for cable this is designed to screw such as someone using a cable box to watch TV. If I'm totally wrong the fact remains this topic is against the law.
