Thread: Anyone else sick of this DBZ like style

    Ever since the Chuunin exam went past the preliminaries the episodes have been more drawn out. The storyline isnt progressing at all and it just seems to be becoming more DBZ like.

    I have also noticed that the animation isn't nearly as good as it was earlier in the series. Is anyone else getting sick of this lacsadasical approach they are starting to take with the anime? I know that i should be thanking them for making it in the first place; but if your going to make an anime dont slack half way through. And PLEASE get on with the story, there have been 68 episodes and they have barely done anything with the story. I hope it speeds up soon.

    Look, its called a freakin budget, so sometimes they have to hire a crappy animation team. Animation is expensive, and we Naruto fans have been spoiled too much already when it comes to animation.
    And the story is progressing along nicely.

    Why do you people make these stupid, piss-and-moan threads?! I just had to post a response in the other one. If you think the story hasn't developped at all in 68 episodes, then I don't think anything will please you.

    You should create one thread entitled: "Come here to bitch." where all of you can just gather and bitch about what you hate in naruto, and how it's just like DBZ, and how you hate the animators for creating an excellent series. Then you could talk about how much better it would be if YOU were animating it.

    i just love naruto, and hearing people complain so much is getting on my nerves. If you don't like it, find another forum, please.

    Your telling me Naruto's storyline has developed that much in 68 episodes??? Your Naruto infested brain is blocking you from the truth. IT HASNT PROGRESSED. I love this anime, hell I was waiting on my computer checking every half hour whether the episode came out on friday. I am just getting tired of waiting so long for an episode to see what happens, then when i get it I knew basically the same as I did before the episode. Sometime soon they need to take the story to the next level, have something drastic happen. I thought the war would be it, but since we knew it was coming for a while it wasnt exactly a good plot twist. I am still waiting for one.

    ah don't worry, the story will pick up soon. Every masterpiece has its flaws, and every anime series almost ALWAYS has filler eps.

    Besides they've hinted at (and started) many things to come this epi. The battle between Sasuke and Gaara, the battle between oro and 3rd, the battle between Konoha and sand, how can you say the story is NOT progressing?

    This is the story about Naruto's life. It is gonna take a lot more than 68 episodes to explain it all.
    What were you expecting? Him to be Jounin by now?

Do you think that suddenly the storyline is going to get better and the animation is going to reach a compleately new level if you just whine long enough? Sorry to tell you the truth, they are not going to do that. And if you really think the animation is bad, try to draw it yourself, and then come to whine about it. Same thing with the story. I dont think you can come up with a better plot. Right now, you are just anoying us others with pointless thread of whining.

    Naruto is an awesome show, my favorite of all time, and if its so bad that you have to make a thread to whine about it, stop watching it and let us who really enjoy it do it for you...

    Everyone watching Naruto knows by now that sometimes Naruto stops to look around to what has really happened... It&#39;s like with all the recaps... Why do you really complain about them when you know they will be there. And if some feels they are such a hazzle, just stop watching now, &#39;cause they aren&#39;t gonna stop popping up no matter how much you wish for it.

    And the story moving slow,yeah, sure it does. It always feels that way watching an ep a week. I go mad waiting for every next ep... So i did read to the end of the exam after the Naruto fight... My biggest mistake ever, i will never be impatient in my life again, never.

    What some of you could do if you really don&#39;t like waiting is forget about Naruto for a while, and after like 15 eps has released you download &#39;em all and watch. That way, everthing will progress quite fast

    do you read the manga? do you know what you are talking about? some eps have been drawn out but not many its like 3 eps since the chuunin prelims. its the ep where sakura and ino goes to the hospital, the ep where naturo rides gamabunta the whole day and the ep where he is going to the stadium(konohamaru showing shortcut) other than that there hasnt been that much draw-outs only 1 - 2 min or so in each ep. its not enough draw-outs to start bitching about it. and you really, and i mean REALLY. shouldnt compare it to dbz. dbz was a show about draw-outs... this show got a story.

    if you dont like it just stop watching it, it&#39;s not like you paid to watch it so i dont think you have a right to bitch

    if you&#39;re just angry because you really love the series and you want all the exciting stuff to happen really fast then you just proved what a great series it is and you should again stop bitching

    there&#39;s *tons* of people who don&#39;t like naruto, but you know how they deal with it? they just don&#39;t waste their time watching it, and they don&#39;t waste their time bitching about it either

    stupid thread, do you know how much storyline is coming to pass, geez, we have gotta know some background stuff, dialogue is there for a reason, if you don&#39;t care about the storyline just download the RAW&#39;s and you don&#39;t need Anbu for that.
