    hmmm.. rap i like it more its sumthin that can make u fell good u kno ina good mood and not the eminem type of rap....rock cant really put a smile on ur face or dance to but its nice when ur depressed ans tuff well for me anyway..i personally listen to rap,r&amp;b,hip hop,heavy_metal,rock oo yess ee how open minded i am

    i listen to rock and metal to get me motivated, especially thrashy metal

    but i also like mixing (DJ coldcut, DJ shadow, Haujobb etc) for background music and chilling music.

    but yeah, there&#39;s a lotta stupid rock and metal too.. i got two words for you: limp bizkit. you could add linkin park, evanesence (uh.. basically linkin park with chick vocals, no?), good charlotte (jesus christ), etc. it&#39;s hard to find good music nowadays, i wish i lived in the 70&#39;s (but then i couldn&#39;t listen to cd&#39;s ).

    i like all types of music, but i pretty much only listen to jazz or grindcore, 80% of the time i am listening to music.
