the Batch Torrent mentioned above can't be connected for some hours now.
Here is the full Error Message:
-Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused&#39>

Animesuki's Status Page says that all the Aone+HQA Da Capo Batch-Torrents can't be connected. Maybe the same Problem?
