The above poster is right. All the crap you people said thats not in the naruto isn't really proven its just speculation. There is a possibility that it all exist but we haven't seen them yet. After all most of the action takes place in the forest or konoha village. In konoha everybodies a freaking ninja so I don't think they will be needing cars to go anywhere within their village and forest... well cars don't look good in the forest.
