    this is just a wild guess but it could be a fake or in another language like chinese or korean..... if someone knows the real answer please post

    thw japanese writing below "narutu" at the top right is half hiragana and half katakana. that in itself seems a bit fishy. also, those characters make out the word "narutsuro" not narutu. i hope this helps whatever you were trying to ask?
