I'd take having chakra and being able to do stuff with it, personally.
That'd be cool, just to be able to do the basics .... like walking up trees, walking/running on water. And all the applications! That'd include nifty utils like Chakra scapulas and Chakra Blades (a la asuma), and also potentially lead to techs like Rasengan.
