It's pretty cool. But, yeah, resize it when you can, b/c if you're planning on using it here, it'd be too big (max height: 150px)
I like the second one a TON more than the first one though though.Maybe it's the use of colors
way too big for my tastes. Remember a sig doesn have to be massive to be cool. I like the layout though.

I agree with albino. How you do the b/g is with an image and radial blur set to zoom and maxed to 100.

hmmm all this was made in photoshop. all i did was extract the 2 garaa pics u see there, "took"the nice bg from somewhere used it as a bg. Then garaa pic in the bak is in front of the bg, i changed the blening options making it darken and fixing the opacity. So tats how it got that effect, if you want to the the original bg here it is
the second one is better cuz "evil" gaara comes out better which looks cool, further more it's a bit too big like everyone said and I don't like the font with the red glare around it.. anywayz good job it's a nice sig
