    its hard to explain, its kinda a tactic ive developed, all i can say is experiment with the cutout filter, thats the main filter to get that look.

    I uploaded 12 of my wallpapers to my website; Dashboots.com beware though a couple have manga images, so if you are absolutely spoiler avoidant, just remember i told ya so.
