hello i need help with my bitorrent it keeps giving me errors


im using the Bitorrent S-5.8.5 (shadow experimental) version

when i try to dl naruto it gives me an error

saying " problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused&quot>

it seem to work b4 like it aint nothing but when i get to speeds up to 64k it locks but now it just gives me this message please someone help me.. thanks
