Kishimoto explained about the hand seals

he felt it wasnt important to show the same seals over and over again for a jutsu you've already seen, theres no reason to and it would add a few more useless seconds to the anime - dont you think its better that they skip the seals for jutsus we've already seen? i mean its not that important to see them again
