Sasuke's master of the Chidori is a few steps higher than Naruto's mastery of the Rasnengan. True, the Rasengan is way more powerful than Chidori as far as raw power is concerned, but you need to look at it this way. The technique is only as good as the user's mastery of it. And in this case, Sasuke is able to perform it WAY better than Naruto can, his Rasengan. Case is when he's fighting Naruto on the tower. After burning down the bunshins, in mid air, he sees Naruto forming a Rasengan, and IMMEDIATELY forms the Chidori. This in mid air, right after doing a fire jutsu. He almost did it, as a reaction.

Naruto and Gama Bunta, in case you haven't noticed, fight like cats and dogs, with Gama usually complaining and being the lazy bastard he is. Even when he was summoned to save Naruto's life from the cliff, and fight against the Sand beast, he was reluctant.
