well the fact of anything is that the more you re-encode the quality degrades, its a simple fact. You need to have higher file size as a wmv file to keep the quality. if you say have a 25 meg file your prolly looking at a crappy full screen quality. If you do the max then you got a wicked resolution for your vid. Thats my experience
i just started working on my first AMV but the problem i always get a bad resolution and quality and am using Movie Maker 2 for the XP
can some1 plz tell how to make a AMV with a nice quality
btw all the video am using has a nice quality

I aways export them at 2.1 mbps, and it leaves almost the same quality.
you sure you have version 5.1/
just make it bigger, simple as that. lol
