look up... more up... up a little more... now look down from the cieling, and look at your computer monitor.. right, now find "My Controls" ... click it, and you will be all set... good luck in your journey to wisdomness.
P.S: i realized i did not provide post-my controls guidance... so here goes. After, click on "Edit Signature", then in the text box, print in "umdiddly is wonderful in the sack" and click "update"

To do that you get an URL of a image, ask someone to make/host you sig or for now just google or something...
