Kakashi got his sharingan from obito when he was killed by itachi uchiha...just before he actually died, because he was wounded, obito said that he wanted to give something to him and he cut out his sharingan eye and made a seal so kakashi&#39;s body would archieve it. if you don&#39;t know who he is The Left Photo, the guy next to kakashi.

This is just a speculation, there is no actual evidence to support this theory yet.
