I don&#39;t think Neji is as strong as jounis because it would make no sense training with his teammates. And they say that he has inherited the most Hyuga bloodline limit than possibly anyone. BUT that doesn&#39;t make him a jounin level genin. They say he is talented, that he has enormous RAW potential&#33;

And of course I think Lee is fastest (again )
But I watched the Michael Jackson tape and he was quite fast, but I still think Lee moved way faster.

Well i guess Neji is nearly on jounin strenght, he is the most talented in the hyuuga and they are the strongest clan in Konoha (leaf) and even though he used only a small part of kyuubis chakra it is still a lot and it was a good battle not a &quot;sissy&quot; one.. well thats not whats on topic so i wont discuss this any furter

I think you should have added Haku to the voting list also. He was so increadibly fast when he used one of his jutsus (the ice wall thing?). Even Sasukes eyes were only hardly able to even follow his moves. And Sasuke definitely had no change to keep up with his speed.

I think Orochimaru is the fastest cuz he is a sennin and sennins are supposed to be strong and fast at the same time. Orochimaru was jus probably playing with Sasuke just to get the seal on him.

If Neji were on the pole, I&#39;d pick him. Reason being that Lee can only DREAM of beating Neji. Also did we all forget Neji vs. Hinata? Neji close most of Hinata&#39;s Tenketsu (chakra holes) without being noticed by the jounins and Hokage&#33;


On a little side note, Gaara&#39;s ability is NOT unstoppable&#33;&#33; in his fight vs. Lee he didn&#39;t do anything except defend after Lee took of the weights, and when Lee opened the gates he just got knocked around like a beach ball&#33; (pun intended). I said all this to say we dont even know what Gaara&#39;s ability is besides defense

kiba shouldnt even be on the poll. Rock was fast.. for a genin. He&#39;s a genin, people, participating in and looking damn cool in genin battles. Of course he isnt faster than Gai, who&#39;s his teacher (older clone..). Gai has a 1 point lead in his fights with Kakashi. Kakashi knows even at the cost of his own life he can&#39;t beat Orochimaru (watch the episode where Orochimaru shows up while Kakashi is adding the seal to Sasuke.) According to this, Orochimaru &gt; Gai &gt; Kakashi &gt; Lee. Though I think Kakashi&#39;s probably more powerful than Gai once he finishes his one-armed mountain climbing fun.

True. At that time atleast Orochimaru&#39;s goal wasn&#39;t to kill Sasuke but to test his abilities i believe. I think he could&#39;ve won Sasuke by just looking at him, like he did paralyze them later on.
Hehe.. just came to my mind what would our Super-duper-Speedy-Gonzales-Fuzzy-eyebrows do when Orochimaru would gave him the look I think Rock would be pretty slow after that...
