    on DC if you shared installed programs or your windows directory and such, it is illegal in most hubs as that is "fake sharing" and will get you warned/kicked/banned

    Yeah true, but because it's illegal, if a record company found out they were hosting the file. They would be required to shut it down, or the ISP will be contacted to cut their connection.

    The world between the Record Companies and the P2P applications seems to have broken into all out war and total chaos o_o;

    Well that's good to know. A mate told me he shares his C Drive. Could be he's going to specific hubs that would allow it, or he's excluded a specific extension in his share, so he can still share his drive without being kicked (EG: .exe)
