Yeah...all the theories thrown in the manga area are cool.
I look at the anime's ones and laugh.
No offense but its hard to take theories in the anime section seriously when you know what's going to happen.

ehe
i went to the dark side, he told me
"hey , what're u doing here ? i still haven't found the time to piss u off with 'reaaaddd the mangaaaaaaaa' ! "
"i'm here to join the dark side, i need chika...power !"
"ehehe, download this, son"

both manga and anime are great, ther's ton of details more used in the manga and tons of little funny things not in the manga that u can found on th eanime ...
they might be complementory, but it's true that sometimes the only thing making me downloading the anime is the sense of ... collection !

i never regretted reding the manga. in fact, im glad i did. the manga is way better than the anime because:

- you always get the state of the art graphics done by kishimoto. not like in the anime, where you get 1 great looking episode every 10 eps or so, and most of the time below avarage crap. no more sasuke looking pantsy, no more wierd looking body parts and misshaped heads. its all perfect.

- Its not as fucking slow as the anime. you don't notice the flashback no jutsu's until they air the anime episode, because you can read them in 2 secs and move on.

- the manga is less predictable imo. thats also because its faster, in the anime, you have all time to think about what is going on, and everything is explained perfectly. but in the manga, you tend to read over stuff (well, i do sometimes ), so you can be suprised a bit.

- you have to use your imagionation alot. its really cool (at least, for me) to think about how it would look in motion. in my head i then create the way it would be brought to the anime perfectly, however. most of the times the creativity in my head is better than the actual anime episode itself, so reading the manga gives me great disappointment in the anime sometimes. (expert for certain eps like 30 and 48, wich i had never predicted to look that sweet)

- there is more. we are 1 year ahead of you guys. we can go everywhere on the forum and don't care is we see a spoiler, since we are the spoiler MOEHAHAHAHA
nah, im kidding, im against spoilers.

- we get 2 fixes now. the anime, wich is still injoyable to watch even if you knoiw whats gonna happen (at least for me), and a new manga chapter every week, revealing more and more of the plot that is like 10 times better than that crappy story your watching now

I like to wait and find out things the anime way, maybe the manga is better... but who cares, I like the anime action and it's more fun to watch

Well, in a way I was lucky. I started reading the manga back during the Zabuza fight ending - Exam written test (I didnt read it all in one go).
It was kind of messed up though, cuz I used the ThienZ site, so the first chapter I could get was Shikamaru's fight chapter (I think), and so I read a few of that, then when I had access to all of the manga, I just started over from the beginning.

At first it was kinda boring, cuz I knew how it would turn out, oh ahahah, Sasuke telling Sakura she's annoying.. 1,000 years of pain, hahahaha.. But I was surprised, and found out that I enjoyed it. I don't even think I bothered to compare the point in the manga and the point in the anime when they conflicted as I was reading them.

And now that I read the episode 64 fight, twice, it was like.. 3 months ago or something like that. I haven't gone back to that chapter to see how it turns out or anything like that. Watching it in the anime gives me a good refresher. Heck, I don't think Neji even used his 64 Hakken (Is that what it's called? I'm not good with move names) in the manga, did he?

For anyone who has yet to do this, but might, I suggest you go find the first chapters and read it all the way through, that way you dont just pick up in the middle.

yeah I did the same thing back during the Naruto-kiba fight. It was going so slow that I downloaded some manga I read from the start to just past the lee Gaara fight. Lesson learned, and I'm glad I stopped there. The Anime is so much better. Also I like to speculate so I don't mind not knowing all the answers.

WTF?! After reading the manga, you should be all revved up to see certain scenes in color and sound! The manga should in no way spoil the anime, unless it's a dull point in the storyline (which isn't often) I'm completely up to dat with the manga and I CAN'T WAIT to see it in anime form. some people are just weird

I started reading the manga about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. The story is almost identicle except for a little more gore in some areas but I do like to take in all the art work. The manga covers are totally sweet too.

Plus I feel like I can really discuss naruto with some of its biggest fans. For some reason more of the vetran fans have read the managa

that is because the manga was out a long time before there was ever an anime XD

It would be the same deal if you read the manga first, then started watching the anime. You wouldnt think the anime was anything great. Nothing wrong with the manga.
I think it's me reading the Hikaru no Go manga. I personally think the manga is a whole lot better than the anime. Better artwork, humor, and more emotional, even though the anime has awsome bgm.
It's just a matter of which u choose to go for, the manga ot anime. It just sucks when u switch in the middle
