Help needed with cutting pics

Does anybody know how you can cut out a person FAST and CLEAN in photoshop 7? I can't do that when the background many colors. If you don't know how but are good at manual cutting people out and have time to do it for me (you'll get any manga or anime I have that you can't get on bitorrent) than your help is much appreciated.

I cut em out for ya with a white background, but If you want the .psd files which are clean I will have to send em to u via MSN or something like that
Note: I have several tutorials on how to cut out things fast in PS but Im kinda tired right now so I'll post em first thing tomorrow, if thats ok

NOOOOOOO those were the LQ versions!! What a waste of work!! Ahhh, forget it when I shrink it the quality would go down anyway. Would you like to have my rarest anme or manga? My uploading speed sucks though (128 kbps)

magic-wand takes forever dude. And if you mess up, start over!
It's all about extract and the history tool. Check it out, it's under filters.
You just draw a green line around the edge of your cut out. Fill in the part you want ot keep with the bucket, then click ok. It's not perfect so use the history tool to get back the parts it took off. I believe there was a previous post about this. So search for it.
