when i watch naruto and other anime my sound is about 3 seconds faster then the video part. at my friens' houses they have the same versoins of everything and download from the same site, but they dont have the problem. oddly enough that 70's show runs fine. it seems as only anime runs funny, and that is why i came here for help.
there is nothing lke this on any winows sites, can someone pleasehelp me?
