the only reason naruto wins this is because i havent read the kenshin manga, kenshin was awesome up to the kyoto arc after that it went downhill and it was dragged on with many pointless eps here ande there, if i have to choose by only considering the anime kenshin is far cooler, samurais own ninjas thats just the way it is.

Even the 66 episodes of RK (I won't acknowledge the other 39) are miles better than all 120 (excluding those stupid fillers) or so of Naruto.

I dunno though. I think a lot of those flashbacks gave naruto a real appeal for me. Whatever, that's a different topic.
It's a toss up for me though. I can't decide which is better. But since I'm actually watching naruto now, I'll say Naruto.

Some flashback are good but most flashbacks are ones we have seen several times before.

The flashbacks are the only things that are bad,the story is too slow i mean 70-100+ eps have been about Sasuke and his sharingan and stuff. When there are lots of better characther who need more airtime....

Kenshin had more meaning... and even the arc after Kyoto was WAY better than Naruto now... if you add Reminiscence and Seisouhen to the mix... Kenshin, by a landslide
I'm holding judgment on this one until I see more of Naruto (after all the fillers are done) I think it'd be silly to try to compare when we don't even know how Naruto will end.

Kenshin had some annoying characters like Kaori were that her name ? anyway its still much better than Naruto cause the mangaka can actually tell a story without bieng too predictable while you know what will happen in Naruto long before you see its so predictable it is.
I'll go with Kenshin. No flashbacks played everyother ep in there.

I think they're both about tied for me. Both have a lot of impact when watching them. There are different aspects of both that I like as well, so it's hard to draw a line.
I do have to say that I much prefer Watsuki's art style to Kishimoto's.

Kenshin. When Naruto is at it's best, it comes close, but Kenshin is one hell of a series.
Oh and a funny thing happened today (which is kinda why I post [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]). There is this theme song collection out for Kenshin which costs like $30 (+shipment), and it contains video clips of all Kenshin related songs. I found it for $2 in a local CD shop, second-hand. Isn't that insane? In fucking Sweden!!

How can you make them into 2 options? You cant really compare them. Of course many people prefer Naruto. Its just so commercial anyone falls for it. Kenshin is just ART and Naruto is a DragonBall type anime, pure commercial, made with the only purpose of making you guys Naruto addicts ( not saying Im not) but you cant compare those two. Their made with completely different purposes and the background is also different. If you have to choose then choose between naruto and Bleach for example. Choosing between Kenshin and Naruto is just Dumb.
