i will try to explain. in the kanji there are multiple ways to read them depending on the context so what the creators did they tryed to find some kanji that when spelt out would say Kakashi.
this is what my japanese teacher explained to me. so that kanji "yama" meaning mountain doesnt mean mountin but rather is used to spell out kakashi.
