The question then is was Rock Lee faster the Naruto. I think he was so then why did he lose. I think because his gates focuses too much on one move so he would no be able to keep up that speed forever. Naruto is slower than lee I believe but I still think fast enough to give him an advantage therefore I think Neji is fast enough to use that to his advantage. He is also a genius at close combat which would work to his advantage too.

I do agree that Neji can't use his Kaiten defense all day long but with his speed I don't think he has to.

Plus he has his Byakugan<--- must be good for something in this match
