From what I remember in Arknights, who I think had a similar system(?????) I doubt whales quit.


It certainly sux that there is no guarantee to max a character - that's a REAL bummer.

But if what is happening in the beta is true for the release.
Limited Banner characters will move to the 50/50 "loss" and can be pulled there again.

And I remember that you can buy limited characters in the shop of Arknights Terra, with currency from pulls, directly as well.
On top of that, limited banners in Arknights have rerunns of older characters too that fit the series if I'm not mistaken.


So basically if Genshin had a limited banner for a Liyue character, you have 3 Zhongli/Hu Ta/who knows who as the 50/50 "loss" but without the guarantee at 120 pulls.

Leveling Nicole was the right move. It allowed me to S all the Shiyu Critical Node stages finally and also get 5 stars in Deadly Assault. Nicole and Astra helped Miyabi with just electro lip gloss hit 22k points. The fire weakness team I used was Caesar, Burnice, and Piper. I almost got 20k points but fell just a thousand short, but there wasn't much need to push it since I was just doing both modes to clear the season tasks to level Eridu fund for one more electro lip gloss copy, which I have now.

Astra with Nicole is kinda broken because of how often the debuff is applied with the incessant switching. Enemies are practically at -40% defense constantly.

That team is so OP. I used them in Hollow Zero against the newer boss and he didn't even get a hit in. Just demolished with all of Miyabi's ridiculous buffs and stack of resonias and gear.

Having played with Evelyn in the event etc. I think she is actually much better than I first thought. The fact that you can "E" instead of dodgecounter, even at 0 energy, makes it so much better.
Quite the technical character overall.

I think it's great that this game is clearly more leaning into the "sex-sells" thing than the other 3.
Yes, of course it's always been the case, somewhat, but the ass shots here (when she stood up from the table) or Zhu Yuans walk to work etc. They are clearly pushing this and not just with how characters are design.

Love it, they certainly do get me with stuff like that, I like to look at this stuff.
At the same time, there are characters like Miyabi who are far less sexualized than Evelyn for example, which is a nice change of pace and just as loveable.
Miyabi has boobas, but you hardly notice that compared to Zhu Yuan/Evelyn or Nagi.

I'm looking forward to how characters will look in 3+ months. What theme they will have, and what they can do.

I was able to 6 star the current Deadly Assault. I hate that I only have 1 ice character in Miyabi this time because there are two ice-ether weakness stages. They are clearly pushing players to pull Ellen too, but I am saving up for Evelyn, and if I get lucky, Qingyi.

Qingyi was the banner when I started playing ZZZ, but I didn't have enough resources to try and get her. My sleeveless gang must be completed!

I sometimes lose my 50/50 5 pulls in, I'm actually happy then, lol.

I haven't gotten Qingyi yet. I have 26 days to get 74 pulls via farming etc.

I reached 85, 88, and 87 for the 3 S I drew. FML.

And FFS, the dupes were Nekomata and Koleda WTF. A Grace dupe would've been nice, so I have someone to pair with Qingyi for electric stages. I don't use doods.

I made an Ultimate Armpit team whose ultimate purpose is to expose themselves via ultimates. Lost Void gives buffs that allow constant Ults.
