Got drunk, my wife egged me on, and got Miyabi at 40 draws!

Now I just gotta devote the rest of my resources to getting Evelyn when she drops in Feb!

Is Miyabi Soukaku Lycoan a good team?

Yes, but II neither like Soukaku nor Lycaon. Both play horribly imho.
But with M0 Miyabi, you actually might want to try something like Burnice/Miyabi/Soukaku - if you want to go for power. (the Soukaku/Lycaon works too though!)
Piper, power wise, just won't cut it against Miyabi (not even close)

So it's a question regarding how you want to play favorites.

If you had to go 3 teams. what would it be?

Caesar,Lucy,Soldier
Burnice,Miyabi,Soukaku
Caesar, Lucy, Eve
Burnice,Piper,Koleda
Caesar,Burnice,Piper
Miyabi,Lycaon,Soukaku

seems like you now have to drop a character and it for sure won't be Caesar or Lucy and not building Miyabi but pulling for her seems insane too


Well, there is always the possibilty to mix and match, since more than enough "presets" exists when you want to switch things around for variety reasons.

I got Miyabi to clear the Ice weakness stages that I've been struggling with, so an Ice team would be ideal, or a team that focuses on Miyabi being on field all the time to deal ice damage.

Caesar, Lucy, S11 would be the fire team.
Koleda, Burnice, Piper would be the disorder team. My Piper is maxxed out so she is pretty awesome.
Looks like I will end up with Miyabi, Lycaon, and Soukaku for the ice team. I do not like any of them either. I don't even know how to use Soukaku lol. But they are there for clearing.

I might try Burnice, Soukaku, Miyabi and just use Caesar, Lucy, S11 for those stages with 1 part ice weakness, swapping in Piper for S11 if there is fire resistance.

EDIT:

The Fox bitch functioned exactly as expected. All the ice stages I was struggling with and could only get As or Bs are now S LOL. I used Burnice, Lucy, Miyabi and the biker bangboo.

In the end, Caesar, Koleda, S11 was a much better team than with Piper due to the insane stuns, allowing S11 just to wail on enemies. It even triggers disorder due to the rampant physical attacks of all 3 members.

My Caesar, Burnice, Piper team is still my best team and go to for individual stages, ignoring weaknesses and resistances.

I really liked how Astra changed the ZZZ gameplay because of the constant switching, so I tried to get her. Won the 50/50 and got her in about 70 pulls. I then got her sleeveless outfit because of course I did.

Now I just have to somehow get Evelyn too...

As for me, I'm looking forward to Trigger (next patch)
She'll release alongside S-Rank Anby and the Furry-girl from the Outer-ring story part (the one with the mask)

Astra is a lot of fun to use. The random switching during combat without needed to wait for a block is great!

Ya, I saw this earlier today.
This is, without a doubt, gonna be my favorite character in this game (at point of her release)
That is just awesome. More designs like that one please.
She is everything I hoped her to be.

Apparently, she is some kind of "Off-field" stunner too.

S-Anby looks great too, but I'm not sure if I can get her, especially since you probably want the signature weapons for both 1.6 characters. I hate this shitty 50/50 pity bullshit... makes everything uncertain.

Yeah, to be honest, if they got rid of 50/50, I think more people will shell out money to pull. The uncertainty gives people who would've paid 50 to 100 bucks pause because they still might NOT get their waifu.

Yeah, I thought the same thing.
If they have to (they don't have to, but they'd do it), increase pity to 120 and call it a day.
But even if they'd leave it at 90, people might start spending to reach M1 and M2 instead.

One can dream... but it will never happen.

My Caesar, Astra, Miyabi team with the Snap Bangboo is totally broken. Miyabi gets more than 2k extra damage and gets to be the one on the field 95% of the time, so her damage is totally maximized. Caesar just pops in from time to time using Astra's switches to E.

I recommend Astra,Nicole, Miyabi
I do Caesar Astra Miyabi for short stage fights, like farming (6 second clear in the newest disc farm stage )

But on Deadly Assault, I tested my limits, and I had more success with Astra,Nicole,Miyabi.

I managed to get maximum damage possible (60k) with M2 Miyab!

The benefit of Nicole is that you get quite a few disorders.


Today I caved in and got Astra M1.
It was just too enticing to have All-Res Shred%, especially since I don't play any character that has it in their kit otherwise.
And Shred is so good because it makes stunning faster, attribute anomaly buildup faster AND adds damage.

Knowing that I own a support that I can put in any team whatsoever, no matter the element, feels good.

I don't have Nicole built, but with the time before Evelyn, I can level her up.

Arknights Endfield is releasing this year.

And while the combat is no where even close to the level of ZZZs (it's more mechanical, and much slower, but you play with teams of 4 people that are on the field all the time and have AI), it might still be fun as it has Satisfactory/ Open world stuff mechanics.

And apparently it has reaaaaally great rates.
around 4-6 as much as Mihoyo games.

50/50 at 80 pulls, but guaranteed at 120.
And you get 60 weapon pulls per 120 pulls, meaning you get currency for character weapons from pulling in character banners.
You can craft gear too and farm everything through the Satisfactory mechanics.

I'm really hyped up for it too now. That could be a very good F2P waifu collector, while ZZZ is both a waifu collector AND animations/eye candy etc. but the rates are frustrating.
Can't see myself giving up on this though... the style is just too much fun.

That sounds awesome! I actually played Arknights years ago and got pretty far until I was forced to get better units or grind to upgrade units I hate to advance. I love the character designs, so it will be a good chance to expand my waki images collection.

Once Evelyn releases, I will share here what I have collected of her as of that time, because it is only going to explode after.

Did you lose any 50/50s for Astra in getting her to M1?

I lost M0 to Koleda, but got M0 at around 80 or so pulls anyway.
I won M1 but took like 86 pulls. So 166 pulls overall.

Pretty decent, got lucky with M0, Sadly, Koleda is not a good character, I actually like her design but she is really not worth it - got her at M2 now though.

Yeah me too, although I wasn't a fan of the textbox storytelling though. But I sure as heck liked the music in that game and the character design.
As mentioned earlier, the combat looks very "stale"... but everything else about the game sounds and looks great.

I don't think the combat is "ugly" or anything. The animations are insanely fluid too, but I don't think it will get my blood "pumping" like it does in boss fights when the music kicks in, in ZZZ.
Big plus however is that you have all 4 characters active at once. A thing I would prefer to be the case in ZZZ as well as I enjoy even the small stuff like Quality Time, where you have your collected waifus running alongside you, as little as that actually is.

And if it sounds as good as it does, another great thing in Endfield is that you might actually be able to get fully stacked 6* when you save up a little. Like... if you go for only the ones you actually like and don't have to invest into the ones that are strong (since the 4*+5* are useful), maybe you have enough pulls to feel what it would be like to own a M6 Miyabi in ZZZ.

Looks great! Thanks for sharing. I don't know of any other game, gacha or otherwise, that matches the smoothness, coolness, stylishness, and rhythm of ZZZ. It is literally the only game I have ever gone back to, out of all platforms and genres.

I am currently building Nicole. I've always known she is good but never gave her attention until this patch because the devs understand me and twisted my arm.

Yeah, Nicole is a really cool character. Love her looks and attitude. Love the "constantly poor" jokes as well, especially since it's basically hiding that the Cunning hares are not only masterminds but stacked in terms of units.

Nekomata is literally the leader of gangs and could technically control the underworld
Anby is an ex-military officer
Billy is an attack android that has, apparently, a hell of a past and can fuck everyone up if he justs wants to, but he doesn't right now.
And Nicole herself is kinda involved in absolutely everything somehow everytime because it seems like her information network is on the level of the random-play siblings who own Fairy.
