Security was pretty light for a hunting trip in the woods involving a royal. I wonder if this will hurt the old man's standing at when they return? Will he be held responsible?
Also interesting that a couple side characters have been expressly shown on this trip: Cat (servant) girl and dog (officer) boy- how can they play a part in this?

First time I felt jinshi acting "young". the show says that he does act his real age occasionally, but this time it really seemed that way.
He's supposed to act this way whenever he doesn't take his androgen-suppressing drugs. I guess he's hot-headed more than usual in this episode.

I need to get a good look but from what I remember they seemed very similar to me.
Also, I'm bummed out that all we got from the blond envoys were a single session of "wonder if the Emperor will fuck us". I expected them to be more present during the story.
