    Sonny Boy

Empty classrooms, boring days. It was supposed to be a normal summer vacation just like any other. Suddenly, the school begins to drift through another dimension, and 36 boys and girls are left there, awakening to their supernatural abilities. Amidst the whirlpool of questions that come to mind one after another, survival in a supernatural world begins.

    Episode 1:

Just enough character personality to keep me interested. Very weird beginning and some "style" that I don't like, but the characters were nicely introduced and I want to find out more about them. And, of course, about the whole situation they're in.

The final scene was really good, with the colors and music setting in. Hope it can keep up.

    episode 2:

phew, maybe i let myself get hyped a little too much. This episode was a real drag. My main criticism is that I don't care about any of these characters. They just all feel so distant. And nobody is behaving realistically at all, they're so "whatever" about the situation they're in. Combined with the artsy animation style, it feels rather shallow and, imo, off-putting.

I'm gonna decide that one on episode 3 ...

Caught up to the latest episode.

This became far more interesting than I thought it could ever be.

For some reason it's a bit like watching what happens from outside the many possibilities of the many worlds interpretation for quantum mechanics.
Probabilities, possibilities, the role of the observer, the arrow of time and maybe even God playing dice.

All the things I really like to do are either illegal, immoral, or fattening. And then: Golf.
