    Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon

The daughters of Sesshomaru and Inuyasha set out on a journey transcending time. In feudal Japan, half-demon twins Towa and Setsuna are separated from each other during a forest fire. While desperately searching for her younger sister, Towa wanders into a mysterious tunnel that sends her into present-day Japan, where she is found and raised by Kagome Higurashi's brother, Sota, and his family. Ten years later, the tunnel that connects the two eras has reopened, allowing Towa to be reunited with Setsuna, who is now a Demon Slayer working for Kohaku. But to Towa's shock, Setsuna appears to have lost all memories of her older sister. Joined by Moroha, the daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome, the three young women travel between the two eras on an adventure to regain their missing past.

Well, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon is the sequel to InuYasha... and I was quite excited to start this series, until I noticed that I never watched InuYasha: The Final Act.

I recalled finishing the series in 2004, and then following some of the manga... and thought that was it for the series, but was going to hunt this new series and saw that there was a 2010 sequel I had completely forgotten about. So going to watch that right now.

That said, I don't think Takahashi Rumiko is the writer on this, other than the character designs. From what I can tell it starts with an epilogue that wasn't animated, and from there it's all anime original... we'll see how that goes.

as a rumiko fanboy, i'll probably watch it.

altough, to be honest, I dropped boruto, never started the new fairytail and the rurouni kenshin revival also isn't that great, so i'm not getting my hopes up. I'm more hoping that Mao can continue with the same quality and reach a good ending.

sig made by Itachi-y2k5, thanks, dude!
Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

    Rurouni Kenshin revival? What's that.

episode 3. maybe a mess, too early to tell for sure.
anyways, i think it's better to skip the 1st episode, the other episodes are 'in the past', so seeing the present ruins the point.
too much of it is a rehash of stuff we've seen before.

also, skip the 'in the next episode'.
