They did make a big deal of not showing who was treating the Samurai, though. I figured it was Robin since she was in the area...
If Kaido is the big bad and Big Mom is a side-bad, Queen is acting like the second in command, though I thought there was one or two who outranked him. Were they (the top three; Queen, Jack, and wings guy) all brothers?
Also super glad they didn't spend five weeks 'handing out' the cure to everybody.
I wonder if they regretted casting the same guy for both Hyogoro and the goat doctor? He doesn't have much vocal range...
King, Queen and Jack(see the theme naming) are the Headliners, and are Kaido's top generals.
They're the equivalent of Big Mom's 3 Sweet Generals. But only Smoothie is here(since Luffy took out Cracker and Katakuri).

Three years ago, this would have been three episodes. It feels like the fight is coming to an climax, but where's the final hook?
There's no way Luffy takes out an Emperor without revealing some kind of 5th Gear or something. The Ryou ability is good, but it's only hurting Kaido, it's not taking him out. I'm assuming 5th Gear will use Ryou in some weird way the way 4th Gear used Armament Haki.
Agreed, and the way you said that suggests it hasn't been spoiled in the OPs yet.
Are there any guns or cannons left to name a move after?
I'm hoping someday we'll get a Gomu Gomu no Railgun.
