Pretty boring and so slow actually.
I found it weird that they basically showed the same scene twice when they distributed goods/clothes etc.
Was something different the 2nd time around that I didn't really notice? It feels like this could've been merged into one "emlia-escapes-adventure".

I always noticed this, but this time around even more... the pacing of this show is *horrible*. Probably because I'm actually seeing some good pacing in other shows this time around.

This show has so many small important things that you only "see", so I wonder why they waste so much time talking.
Especially since I have serious trouble understanding Subaru, or just about anyone to be honest, when they have a discussion...they talk alot, but say absolutely nothing while they talk. It's like they talk in riddles all the time. It's really annoying tbh.
I just want to know what's going on. Stop dragging this out damnit!

I think the pacing itself is fine, it's just that the anime is TOO interesting and makes you curious about sooo many things at the same time. I mean, there's still the whole Elsa assassin part - feels like that has been forgotten, lol, but I also can't say that there has been any filler content.

It's just frustrating, because ... how many years will it be before Season 3 airs?

Yeah, we've been on Emelia and these test for this entire part of the season that I almost forget that after she finally clears this shit, they STILL have the rabbits AND the mansion attack to deal with.

what I got out of this (and from the last episode, specifically that flashback when Puck "de-frosted" Emilia) is that I feel like Puck is Fortuna.

I wish I could remember the OVA better, which was basically that "de-frost" scene from Pucks POV.

Just makes me laugh that if Subaru somehow managed to befriend and ally with Reinhard, all this shit would be done with so easily. That guy is OP as fuck. I wouldn't be surprised if he could take on Bowelady, Puck, Roswaal, Garfiel, Catsister, Tsundolly, Ram, Rem, and Emilia all at the same time. He already has idioms used by denizens of remote villages, after all.

2. There's the beastmaster summoning girl too. I don't remember whether she was supposed to help assault the mansion, or whether she was headed to Sanctuary.

You know, his "Eeeehhheeeeeeeeeeheee" or "Noooohooonii" thing he does at the end of a sentence.
Not to mention that the same guy looked a bit like a clown/jester, while Roswal looked like a normal noble more or less in the past and not like a jester at all, like he does now.
