Either way, reading that this season is funny "again" makes me happy. I didn't quite enjoy the Megumin version. I think it's just not the same without our hero.

Did they draw Darkness hotter than usual? Because DAMN.
She has more...support in that scene. Usually she's just flopping around.
They did make sure those key frames looked good as opposed to the usual gag quality details to face etc, and Darkness always looks hotter when she does her over-shoulder hairstyle.

That was a cool episode. I'm with Megumin. That thief costume was stylish as fuck. It looks like Vanir had partial possession of Kazuma as well. Too bad we'd only ever get a glimpse of kazuma's peak abilities hear and there.

Because of how he was in peak form? I think that's because Eris was with him.
But yes, this episode was both cool and funny.
He was in peak form because of Onii-sama buff.
It pisses me off that they changed how he pawned Mitsurugi in the anime vs. the LN.
In the LN, after filling the dude's mouth and throat with create water, he cast freeze...

Kaz doesn't care that she's flat. As we've also seen with Megumin.
It's something he can make fun of, but it doesn't stop him from wanting to rub up against them.
