There are only a few specific genres that I could imagine myself incapable of enjoying intrinsically, such as yaoi. Otherwise I was speaking here of the level of entertainment I derive from series. For a while now I've been enjoying more the badass MC setting, no matter if it's comedic (parodic) or serious, than the weakling/underdog one. That is not to say an exquisite series of the other type couldn't click perfectly for me, but unfortunately this one doesn't. Although that being said, I wouldn't have kept watching this if I considered this bad. Choosing the goddess as his reward item already scored high points from me. However, sticking the lousy, uncool clothes doesn't. I bloody hated it in Zero no Tsukaima, and I'm not gonna love it here even if this show considers it mighty parody.Originally Posted by shinta|hikari
