The unexpected strike causes massive damage compared to something you are somewhat braced against. Neji was never expecting the kind of power and stamina that Naruto produced, so he was taken completely off guard with Naruto&#39;s gambit.

Not to mention, that only pride was on the line in the exam battle. I don&#39;t really believe that either Naruto or Neji was truly willing to KILL a friend or neighbor just to further their agenda.

I think, that both Neji and Naruto have such massive potential, that if either truly faced each other in LIFE OF F-ING DEATH situations, that they would be truly be the &#39;strongest&#39; opponent that each has faced. Think about it, who is more dangerous, someone wrestling you hardcore (Naruto), or someone truly wishing you dead as soon as inhumanly possible. (Kidoumaru)

Ask yourself, who is stronger in both halves of the same person : the person who fights for personal achievement (tournament naruto/neji), or life-and-death for your friends and family (zabuza-era naruto, current neji).

What it comes down to is the blood in your heart, and Neji is dealing it in spades. Naruto has shown him lessons in this, and I bet Chap 197 will show that Neji leaves no lesson unheeded.

i noticed a common thing going on where people capable of way more then Naruto lose in stupid ways thats all, its like the kyubi is the only thing he has going for him in fights. Its not that i dont like Naruto or anything i reckon hes funny as but honestly everyone else hes fought has been awesome and really shown some talent and hes been sort of an anti climax.
Everyone expects the strongest battles to come last but i think that we&#39;re witnessing the strongest battle at the moment, if Kidormaru was against anyone else they would be dead by now.

Yea, Naruto is just a brute. He has kage bunshin and the kyubi chakra. Well, now he has rasengan, but before that he was just a brute. I wanna see him learn some cool techniques because without the techniques, he&#39;s gonna get beat down so hard once someone who has huge chakra comes out and fights him.

That Neji VS Naruto fight was really Neji&#39;s win. He performed better and more or less, had the fight in his tempo. Naruto won because of a minor fluke. Fans WILL deny this, but that&#39;s what it was, a fluke. Neji talked too much shit, and lost as a result. If he kept on guard, he would&#39;ve won. But, that&#39;s past, so eh...who cares.

This Neji VS Spiderman fight is seriously getting annoying. I want to see some Byakugan usage overclocked&#33;

it&#39;s quite obvious that both of them will beat him easily, but it won&#39;t be a mentally&#092;pyshically hard battle, he&#39;ll lose becuase the&#39;re better than him.

now he&#39;s in anoter state, he&#39;s paniced becuse he knows he two best moves (Kaiten and Hakkea) are usless, and he&#39;s trapped and has no way to attack and can only keep running.



about naruto, it is true that most of he&#39;s final moves suck and look like &quot;we need to make the hero win&quot; things, but his other battle tactics are much better, think about the forest thing or the other Kage-Henge combinations he does sometimes, and how he set up Neji with the standing out clone, even how he got Kabuto was pretty nice, don&#39;t ya think?

his problem is that he has no cool taijutsu (like lee or neji) and no really cool Ninjutsu (Sasuke or other dudes), all he has are the basics and two more, one was used to many times (Kage bunshin) and one is simply un-cool (Rasengan, it looks cool to practice, but it looks so lame in the fights). the best Taijutsu move he pulled was the Clone body slam, which was sorta advance. </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'>

Rasengen needs the other person to stand still for it to hurt them, he did it against Kabuto but who knows if the sound nins will be as stupid or unlucky
