Neji is strong and works as hard as naruto. He's believe of "fate" due to his history is a sad thing. But now that I know his past, I begin to understand his hate and dislike of people. He has worked hard to bring himself to the present him.

Neji isn't as much of a believer in hard work as Naruto - and he hasn't been shown to push himself to the breaking point the way Naruto does -

But he has been shown working himself to exhaustion, and he has developed main house level techniques without anyone teaching him - so I think you can say he does a respectable level of self improvement.

But he's nowhere near as nuts as Lee or Naruto.

On the Flip side the "laziest" characters in the series seem to be Sakura and Ino.

Everyone else has been shown training their butts off at SOME point; but Sakura hasn't bothered to learn ANY specific techniques - and Ino seems to be more concerned with looking good for the guys and running her family flower shop than with being a good Kunoichi.

Correction, neji doesn&#39;t work half as hard as naruto.

I haven&#39;t read the manga, so i don&#39;t know anything. But i guess that Neji will grow and change his opinion and way of thinking. He will grow a lot more and have a lot of respect for Naruto in not only power but also Naruto&#39;s way of life and thinking. I also think that everyone else will grow a fear of Naruto or at least have a lot of respect of him.
