I'm just glad they tossed SSR back in with some of the logic from the manga. Blue is the more powerful one but Red is the faster one.
So ... it takes more time for Hit to stop time than to ... do a counterattack? Ok ...

That's not actually what they said. They said Red is faster than Super Saiyan, and consumes less energy than Blue. They didn't say Red is faster than Blue.
Happy to see SSG/SSR back again. Must be a reason why they brought it back. Must be a precursor to something I think. Really none of U7 has even powered up. Goku just keeps using base level SSB. He does not even power up the SSB. Plus he still has the Kaioken too as a wild card. I'm surprised he hasn't tapped in to SSG/SSR with Kaioken. If SSR uses almost zero stamina you would think Kaioken with SSG/SSR would be perfect. He could probably do a Kaiokenx1000 in SSG/SSR form.
Still thinking that Yardrat is holding back a lot and Jiren is a misdirection.

For anyone who has seen my previous posts. I mentioned I wanted Freiza in the Tournament of Power and to see SSG/SSR again. I got both wishes fulfilled. Now the Dragon Balls Can't be used for 6 months.
It is 6 months with Dende's version right?

Was a nice scene to see Goku pretty much cry over his potential death. I think he cares about Roshi more than Gohan or his own wife.

I've seen him use his own blasts like a defibrillator before, but not that big white flash at the end.
