That was the weird thing, he kept calling Goku a human, even though the made is perfectly clear that he's a Saiyan. It makes me wonder if the translation wasn't supposed to be "mortal" or something instead of Human.
Also, Zamasu is a Kaioshin. They don't watch over planets. They watch over entire universes.

I wonder if the rings actually DO anything in relation to those changed events, or if they're just physical representations that they happened. Like, can you use the ring to go back and look at what changed or something like that?

Also, for anyone that hasn`t yet, I suggest reading the manga (it`s behind the anime so no spoilers). Some events don`t happen exactly as they did in the anime and I think explain better some things (such as the Goku Vs. Hit) fight.

I made the mistake of watching all of Dragonball Z Abridged this month...
Now I like those characterizations of the characters so much better that I can't keep them straight with the actual ones.
I don't think the explanations are very helpful though given that events play out completely differently. Goku deals with Hit's time-skip in a different way, and he doesn't even use Kioken in the manga version.
I will say, manga Zenos is way cooler than Anime Zenos, who just seems like a dumb toddler.

That look on Zeno´s face when Goku pressed the button, right after being told that it would notify Zeno from all over the universes. LOL Haven´t laughed like that in months. Just perfect dumb comedy xD
Pretty good episode overall. As always, it all depends on how Goku is being matched up. I kinda hope we´ll see a proper training arc that let´s him to somewhat fight these super kayoshins.

Zamasu is obviously on his way to becoming Black at this point.
I'm kinda hoping that Black gets dealt with in the future fairly easily, but then Zamasu finds out what happens, and then takes steps to make sure that doesn't happen to him, and becomes a more interesting nemesis in the future.
I felt bad for Beerus in this episode. His life is tied to that weakass Kaioshin? Piccolo knows how he feels.

Speaking of which: Zamasu calls those monsters "humans", in japanese "ningen". If both those monsters and our heroes are "humans", what are the kaioshin? What makes the difference?

Let me rephrase it then, I like the think of the manga version as the "real" one, since it actually kinda makes sense, kaioken or not.

Goku's more powerful transformations actually "shorten" Hit's time stop. Not sure how that makes sense. Seems to cut out a lot of shit too. Like the barrier around Vegeta and Mageta's fight that is the only reason Vegeta struggling in that fight makes sense. Frost also comes off as much less of a villain. Yeah, he's a cheater, but they make it seem like he doesn't want to be there in the first place. There's none of that "villain posing as the leader of a peacekeeping force" backstory he has in the anime.
I always consider the "real" one to be whichever one comes first. And while that's the manga 90% of the time, I get the feeling the manga in this instance is an adaptation of the anime/movie scripts given the timeframe.
I meant the Hit fight specifically, I don`t remember Goku`s transformation shortening the time, but I believe Hit did not just increase the time stop duration to ridiculous numbers. It was also implied that Hit can`t actually control his movements during the time stop, which would make Goku assuming Hit`s attacks more plausible.

I did like how, in order to hide his movements from his opponent, he's forced to maintain the coolest pose possible.
Just saw episode 56. What the hell...now Goku Black is stronger than Super Saiyan Blue just because he received multiple hits from SSJ2 Goku!!! Perhaps his body can adapt and become MUCH stronger from the pain ... So Goku Black can turn into Super Saiyan Rose now....So, is he stronger than Beerus the God of destruction too???
Yeah, calling bs on Black´s power up. Come oooon. Devaluing training galore.
What´s worse is that Goku manages to keep up with Rose, but Vegeta couldn´t, even though they´re both Blue. Makes no sense, other than humiliating Vegeta once again.
This actually something I often wondered about: Is there a majority of Dragonball fans that WANTS Goku to be the hero all the time, everytime? I´m a huge DB fan, and Im rather sick of Goku hogging the spotlight.
