    Er... What is it about?
You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end each of us must work for his own improvement, and at the same time share a general responsibility for all humanity, our particular duty being to aid those to whom we think we can be most useful. -Marie Curie

    oh, well.
    it's a cartoon.
a kid (steven) who lives with three gems warriors (women who are gems and are magic) that used to fight alongside his mother (who died).
he inherited his mothers gem (and powers).
    adventure ensues!

it's set in a modern world (phones, cars, internet, fastfood), and the action is about fighting 'monsters' or steven discovering a power.

the best comparison is adventure time, but the core cast is larger, and the main character is less 'I can solve this with violence' and more 'I want to make peace in the world' and a tad more childish than finn.
10 minutes each episode, I think that episode 7 (cat fingers) is the one that got me hooked.

sig made by Itachi-y2k5, thanks, dude!
Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

I watch it from time to time. It's got an interesting metanarrative going on, but I don't enjoy individual episodes as much as, say, Adventure Time.
