    Fillers?

    So i haven't watched any FT since ep 25... are the fillers still going on? If so, has anyone got any info on when we might return to the canon stuff?

    Yes, they're still going on. I have no idea when they're supposed to be over.

    Hmm... Apprently the latest episode isn't 100% filler but omake based (though I wouldn't have remembered).

    The Fairy Tail Wikia seems to possess quite a respectable listing of the eps, with canon, omake, and filler marked very nicely. I guess I should have a look at this latest ep, then. I haven't been watching Fairy Tail for a long time, not since the long filler arc launched. As I keep reading the manga, such a pause isn't so bad for me.

    The previous filler arc ended. It was meh.

    Now they're doing a bunch of one-shots.

    I'll try and make an episode thread for the first episode that gets back to the manga.

    Yeah, i still haven't watched anything past ep 24, so i went and i looked up some FT 'filler lists' on some sites to see what was going on, and if i read it correctly, every single episode from 25 and onward so far has been filler (or mostly filler)... :/

    S2 #45 was quite faithful to the manga special source. Just some added or elongated scenes, but that's hardly something that wouldn't happen during normal canon arcs as well. And a bit family friendler fanservice, I suppose, which is naturally a pity since it's Juvia we are talking about. I believe next week we are back to fillers, though.
