Was it obvious? Count Saazbaum said to look into the actions of a certain "someone" before. I'm inclined to think that this "someone" was Slaine, since he was Sir Trillram's pilot. She's worried that information would be intercepted and that the ones with ulterior motives would attack the ship I suppose.
