Ah yes, I'd heard of that. I think bundled with a manga volume if not mistaken. Usually those are incredibly underwhelming. We'll see. Not sure what content it'll have in any case.

Watched this cause Mother's Basement just put out a video about it.
It was decent. He kinda overstated the amount of references to other anime in it, which is the main reason I watched it. But overall, I enjoyed.
When they said the Beastmen nation got big when the Shrine Maiden showed up, and then they turned out to be all technologically advanced and Japanese themed, I assumed the Shrine Maiden would have been from the real world just like our protags. Doesn't seem to be the case though.
