but what is the verbal meaning of that?

thats what she said
Apparently it means "exposed in a field" or "weather exposed skeleton" and is quite morbid.
I wonder how long Kubo has been waiting to whip out a meteorite, I wonder if when the first one fails he will use a second one.
This fight is typical Kubo, guy has an amazing ability but literally lacks the imagination to use it properly. Should have just had him say " I nearly imagined myself to death." Instead of imagining myself as strong as steel which is no trouble for shinigami to cut through anyway, why not imagine myself invincible. Instead of nearly making my own death a reality because I was overwhelmed by an enemy's ability to continuously attack me -___- why not just imagine myself immortal. As it is that ridiculous superstar guy that Renji beat a few weeks ago was less zany and certainly more effective. He could have just imagined himself with that guy's ability and it would have been better, this is similar enough. Well at least he didn't attempt to drown Zaraki again.
Dreaming impossible dreams.
Sapphire is awesome!
meteorite? lol copy cat from madara. Whoever wrote bleach is trying to make characters in naruto look weak.
Sounds more like FF7 to me.
