Edit: I'm so glad they dedicated 10 minutes to over-dramatize chopper and brook making it into the room before the door closed. I totally was on the edge of my seat or something.

Apparently, the intro changed in Japan months ago. But all the episodes Funimation puts up on the internet still use the first post-timeskip intro.
And for whatever reason, Crunchyroll has to do the same apparently.
